Olsson recently submitted a proposal for work with the Unified Government of Wyandotte County and Kansas City, Kansas. Typically, a proposal is a single book, spiral bound along one edge. This proposal was unique in that the proposal was broken up into nine sub proposals, and no binding was allowed. With the exception of the "01" proposal, each proposal was 4 pages plus a cover, and eight copies of each sub proposal were required.
Each sub proposal received a unique color coding system to correspond with their individual cover.
Once each set was printed off and trimmed to size, each sub proposal collection was secured with a 1" wide, clear plastic belly band.
The proposal also required a copy of each section on a disc. An envelope was designed to hold the disc and was secured on the outside of the final package with two 1" clear plastic belly bands that held all of the sub proposals together.
