The basis of my logo was the light bulb, this symbolizes that I fluxgate. I am sometimes bright, outgoing, lively, and bringing light onto the world. Other times I am sad, and dark, but no one sees. I replaced the filament inside the light bulb with two letters: LZ, these are my initials. I made them this kind of font because it looked as if the letters were alive and floating around inside the bulb. I wanted the floating-around-in-the-bulb look because this would represent how my ideas are stuck inside me. And when I light up I present them to the world in the form of light. The color of the letters LZ is a forest, mossy, green. This shows that I love nature and how it holds. Usually in light bulbs, outside the bulb you see light waves going outward. But in my logo I purposely choose not to include these, representing how even thought my ideas are inside, I do no always have the chance to show others even if that was my desire.

 

I also made a reflection of the Light bulb. You can see that the reflection does not reflect the entire light bulb, just the bottom section. This is because when I look into a mirror and self-assess I find that I don’t know myself, as well as others do. The reflection in general shows that I take am patient and I reflect on my actions and my choices. The reflection is also there because I believe in the concept “two is better than one”.
