The Lady Purposeful
Pencil sketching is my first and favorite art. As an eight-year-old, I would draw for hours on the living room floor, filling reams of paper that my father would bring home from his office. Whenever I have a moment, or a stray thought, it finds its way into a loose, scribbly line straying across the page, usually in the form of a face.

Sometimes drawings have a story behind them, sometimes they're just a moment, a person, or a feeling escaping from my mind onto paper. And sometimes—I'm gonna be honest—they're just doodles.
Faces. Lots and Lots of Faces.
