Concept:

 

FENCE

Modification and renovation of the fence is addressed the issue of the car parking in front of the building and access for the employees and visitors. The bollards are installed right in front of the central gate so cars cannot be parked and tenants / visitors have clear passage to get in and out of the building.

 

SIGNBOARD

The shape design, colors and materials follow the corporate identity of the development company - MGG properties. The main focus is the neatness of the Denver office signage and the right exposure of the tenant-companies. 

 

ENTRYWAY CANOPY

The shape follows the shape of the already built entry stairways. Keeping the square shape we intended to give the beskope masculine look to the office building. We proposed the use of polycarbonate as the roof cladding material and steel structure that can be bolted and supported by tensile steel by the facade.

 

SEATING AREA

We intended to create welcoming seating area and a good ambience for the building tenants. 

 

BIKE RACKS & CHIN UP BAR

The Denver building has many companies where people spend a lot of time in front of computers (architects and engineers ,IT engineers etc), so we tried to think about a way to promote a more healthy environment. We installed the bike recks in order to promote different way of communitng to work, a safe area to park their bikes and chin-up bar to stretch their backs and excersize. 

 

PLANTS & GRENERY

We proposed planting the tree that creates ever necessary shade and plenty of decorative plants around the seating area.

 

MATERIALS

Concrete flooring, stone tiles and river stone, wooden pergola and benches.
