I worked collaboratively with artist Zosia Olenska on this piece. I commissioned her to draw the beautiful tree rings, inspired by old Encyclopdia illustrations. I then took Zosia's tree rings and created the board design. I wanted the design to feel beautiful and timeless, yet modern and sophisticated. This graphic was named one of the 'Top 10 Snowboard Graphics of 2014' by Snowboard Magazine.
The tree rings were drawn using a .2mm uni pin.
