Story:
Stockholm have 49 large-scale rock shelters with a total area of 56 000 square meters beneath the city. These shelters are mainly used for parking and some are just standing there, empty.
So we created a hotel in the heart of the city. It’s called Bergrum from the Swedish word for rock shelter. Bergrum is a hotel for the open minded, worldly citizen with a sense for design, they are adventurous in their taste and enjoy a high service standard – in the worlds safest hotel.
