Anime Festival Orlando commissioned me to create a series of badges for their attendees to wear. The theme was to do fantasy RPG illustrations of the AFO mascots 'Sho' and 'Jo' as RPG characters. I decided to design the badges to look like cards from a collectible card game, similar to Magic: The Gathering. Sho and Jo are presented as various character classes one might play as or encounter in fantasy gaming, with an anime style applied to the illustration.
