The Baggit Auction was an event put together by Colchester School of Arts 3rd year Graphic students, to raise money for our end of year shows.  We all played a part as a team, but I was elected the role of organiser and delegator, this gave me responsibilities such as, delegating jobs to the best candidate, playing to the strengths of each student, ie logo design Pete Brough, poster design Ellen Wallage, catalogue layout Samantha Whitehouse, social media Jodie Ward and Naomi Taylor, aquirering donations Laura Hatch.  I had to keep track of progress for each area, plus a business plan to the venue organisor and tutors I also booked the venue and acts, making sure equipment was in place. I contacted media for advertising.  Finally I was in charge of all paperwork, treasury and accounts. The evening was a huge success, raising over £2,000, for our publicity material and transportation of equipment.
