HU2.0 is a response to the housing needs of modern cities. While entering adulthood young people are facing problems such as taking loan for their home, popular solution is buying one in the suburbs. Meanwhile our citycenters are full of small "lost spaces" in urban landscape.

The proposed object provides a comfortable apartment space for two people.Despite the modularity of the Unit, each HU2.0 can gain its own individual character (various colors of elevation, different interior designs). Units arrangement solutions allow to reconcile the needs of both residents. The mutual arrangement of the interior allows the simultaneous use of at least two functions of the interior (watchong TV and working, cooking and sleeping, etc.).

Building’s construction is based on a steel frame filled with mineral wool. This solution reduces the wall thickness and the weight of the entire facility. Unit is designed to meet the current standards of thermal insulation baffles. It is provided with  air conditioner for constant air exchange. There are an additional sliding door to improve thermal comfort in the winter. Thanks to its way of closing it does not interfere with the use of the object in the summer.
