Response
Sustainability is a continuous cycle that enables a situation or action to continue at a certain rate.
In order for us to be sustainable we need the basic psychological needs such as eating, drinking and sleeping to be met. These needs give us the energy we need to feel safe, to feel loved and build our own esteem in order to reach
self actualisation.
My portfolio holds the key to self actualisation which for me is to travel the world, do good by design and settle down with a family of my own. I thought my exhibition should be about displaying who I am as a person and what has led me to become a designer. My project is about exploring my life journey and how it has been sustained in order to get to where I am now. This is sustainable me.
