Problems at Parks College

For this task, group of three students were assigned to find the problems associsted within Parks College of Engineering, Aviation, and Technology in a way to present it to the class and a jury for its evaluation. After exploring several areas and sections of the college, it was noticed that there were multiple flash drives that were left behind in the computer labs by mistake. And, at that day we found about 4 flash drives that students had left behind.

Since, flash drives plays an important role in keeping and trasnferring the data and can contain quite important and confidential information including scanned passport, I-20 or related documentation. Furthermore, students tend to save their homeworks and/or abaqus/ ptc-creo related files on the flash drive, which when lost can cause serious academic problems.

The chart was made that could include the following discussed problems in an interactive way. It was a two-sided chart that can be seen below. One face showing important files, documents, or related data that can cause serious problems if stored in a flash drive. Whereas, the other face indicating the causes that can lead to flash drive loss and the thefts associated to it and what it could eventually lead.
