THE PROJECT
Anheuser Busch wanted an application that allowed their sales team to to maximize
the sales from AB products on tap in bars and restaurants.
THE PROCESS
The first step in the process was to talk to the sales team that would actually be using the application and identify what they were trying to accomplish. We then made a list of features and information that the users needed and created an interactive wireframe in Protoshare that accommodated all of those features. After testing and updating the wireframe with the product owner and the users, the design phase was started using Sketch. Multiple designs were created and shown to the stakeholders, approved by the product owner and then applied by the development team.
THE RESULT
The application was well received by the AB sales team and was even requested by bar owners so that they could maximize their sales potential on their own. After a brief testing phase with a regional group of the AB sales team, it was made available nationally for their more than 5000 sales representatives. We were even given additional budget to create the announcement video seen below.
