Tahoe Mountain Realty is the premier luxury real estate firm in Northstar and the Tahoe-Truckee resort area. High-end, modern sales galleries, located at The Ritz-Carlton, The Village at Northstar, Gray’s Crossing, and Old Greenwood gave us a great stage to showcase a modern design framework.
Tahoe Mountain Realty was born from East West Partners, a leading development firm behind notable community projects in lifestyle focused areas like Denver, Vail, Tahoe, Charleston, Seattle and Deer Valley.
OLAB’s job was to take creative point, guiding stakeholders through a branding workshop to establish a shared vision for external communication. Then we created a modular identity system, print marketing campaign, photography, copywriting, and a responsive website.
Inspired by the clean lines of modern mountain homes, we created a functional design system that has the potential to evolve into a unique, agent branded experience as shown here for Katie Tyler, leading sales agent.
