Vates Foundation works for the equal rights for people with disabilities. The goal is that people with disabilities would have equal rights and possibilities to get a job. Vates influences interest groups, educates and communicates to reach that goal.
The visual identity had to be hearthening and clear and appeal to the individual and officials alike. The key figure was thought to represent a cheerful person that could be anyone and thus underline the equality for everyone to have work.
