We were asked by the estate agent, in charge of selling properties on a new housing development, to help them with the design of a sales brochure and photography to promote the properties.

The first thing we undertook was the photography, as this would then give us content for the brochure and a good feel for the development. We used a 10-22mm wide angle lens to capture the shots we required. For the front cover we coloured up a black and white architectural drawing, and laid out the brochure with sample room sizes and our interior images.
