The Concept
Being passionate about people’s lives and stories, in this Art for Commerce series of photographs by taking environmental portraits of people from all sections of society, I am focused on exploring their experience being at work. I am creating an opportunity for my subjects to reconnect with the fact that we spend a considerable portion of our lives at works and see what they feel about it.
Being passionate about people’s lives and stories, in this Art for Commerce series of photographs by taking environmental portraits of people from all sections of society, I am focused on exploring their experience being at work. I am creating an opportunity for my subjects to reconnect with the fact that we spend a considerable portion of our lives at works and see what they feel about it.
In these photographs the subject and I create a setting that supports the expression of their experience the best via photographic elements, in a Fine Art style, such as contrast, distance, color saturation and placement of the subject. The aim is to stay as loyal to the environment as possible and still maintain the purpose.
