There is no specific service to connect clubs, bars and nightclubs with potential customers that are not bands or huge organizations, that organize concerts, but smaller groups of people, non-commercial fanclubs and etc.

A few websites providing services in similar area do exist. A Russian website MamaMusic is a networks for musicians, venues and agencies  — it helps all of them connect together, helps new musicians to book live shows. Some time ago Songkick also has a specific service Detour. Detour was Songkick’s experimental platform to influence where our favorite artists tour. We enabled fans to pledge to buy tickets to see an artist live, saying, “If you come to my city,  I’m in.” Finally, Ticketfly helps bands and events to sell their tickets through them. Out of the three mentioned websites Detour and MamaMusic resemble sharing economy projects.

In reality, most of the communication with venues if a group of people want to organize an event — about availability, prices, club policies — occurs on social networks, e.g. Facebook and other regional specific ones. After that, after establishing links, communication might become personal and exclude other new people, denying them the possibility to organize an event for themselves.
