Miso Cream Cheese Coated Salmon // Furikake Shimeji Fried Rice
- Oven-baked salmon coated with miso, cream cheese, garlic, sesame oil, vinagerette. Along with japanese kome rice fried with furikake seasonings and shimeji - shoyu, white pepper.

Dry Ingredients - whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, baking soda & powder, salt
Wet Ingredients - yogurt, eggs, milk, honey, melted butter
Crushed nuts//Melted dark choco bar//Fruits & berries

Lotus Rosti, Roasted Asparagus, Poached Eggs // Miso Egg Sauce
Pan fried grated lotus root, along with garlic oven roasted asparagus. Topped with poached eggs, miso hollandaise.
