Conceptual FashionThis was a conceptual shoot that was a load for fun to shoot, but also to see all the elements of it come together. I had had the idea of what I wanted to shoot and how I wanted it to look in my head for a while, but it was finding the person who had that particular look I wanted and what she was going to wear, had me a bit stumped and had stopped me for progressing with the shoot and…..then all the elements came together. I remembered a girl I had studied with, that would fit the look of what I wanted to achieve, a friend recently had a circus themed party solved the fashion side of things and the hair dresser & makeup artist were already decided so I was ready to make it happen. It’s always great to work with people in different industries that really excel at their craft, and I was so impressed with the Makeup artist Marley Hammond and her creativity and vision, and her ability to create the exact look that I had hoped to achieve, her skill was the final element in making this project come together.
