Clio's brand voice and tone guidelines
One of the biggest projects I'd undertaken is creating a brand voice and tone guide (inspired by Mailchimp) from scratch. In collaboration with our designers and other stakeholders, I wrote this guide to help Clio's employees and external writers adhere to one consistent brand voice.
