This project has become a continuation of the prototype development, its evolution towards a production sample. Our design agency had been required to modify the case of the tool in order to accommodate it with the magnetic card reader of plastic cards, as well as to change its design to more technological and cheaper one.

The project itself is quite standard, if not to say trivial, as we are the best at making cases for electronic gadgets. But its notable stage was the manufacture of pre-production prototype, which highlighted the problems of assembly process and rigidity. We are constantly talking and writing about this and we won’t get tired of repeating it in the future — any project, even the simplest one, needs to be checked on a few prototypes, made as close in its properties to the production sample as it is possible. The more prototypes, the fewer problems will arise while breaking-in during the production. For example we have produced three prototypes for present terminal. We are waiting for the output of the device on the market.
