This is a small collection of some of my favorite CG art projects. Most of these projects were created simply for fun and to expand my own capabilities. While some of these projects are inspired by other works all of them are created solely by me.
Crashed Car
Modeled and rendered in XSi | Softimage. Window cracks and scrapes on the body was added in Photoshop.

Blood Analysis
Main blood vein was modeled and rendered in Cinema 4D. One DNA strand was modeled and rendered in Cinema 4D and then imported to Photoshop. DNA strand was copied and reshaped to created the above DNA image. Originally created as two separate projects.

Skye Castle
Concept for the image was inspired by the animated movie "Laputa Castle in the Sky". The "sky castle" was modeled and rendered in Cinema 4D. The picture is rendered using ambient occlusion and a HDR-image was used lightning with the global illumination feature. Color correction was applied afterwards to create a more "cartoonish" feel. Birds and foreground clouds was added in Photoshop as a final touch.
