The SingiDroid 3.0 is Singidunum University’s official student information application for mobile phones with the Android™ operating system. It is intended for students of the integrated faculties. SingiDroid started off as a class project of students from the Faculty of Informatics and Computing. Currently, its development and maintenance is done by Singidunum University’s IT Centre.
The main purpose of this application is to provide access to news from Singidunum University’s website and websites of its integrated faculty websites. In addition news reading, it provides help in finding the best route to Singidunum University’s buildings. It shows the Euro exchange rate for the current month, and payment information for tuition fees, etc. The application allows users to lookup the teacher consultations schedule (open hours), lecture schedules for all faculties, etc.
Also, it allows for a direct connection with an independent application "Course pages" which allow students to review notifications from their lectures’ course pages. There is an option to directly contact Singidunum University’s student administration department as well as a list of answers to frequently asked questions.
