Application:: Competitive shopping startup which made extensive use of javascript for live auctions whose time limit increased incrementally when bids were placed. Users could both pay for bids and also earned the right to bid by completing surveys and participating in competitions online. Unlike our competitors, Pouncer promoted transparency via a very active Facebook Page. We strived to create a compelling and fun product that provided people alternatives to the traditional retail model.
