One of my favorite coffee shops in Chicago is Buzz Killers: Espresso. However their current logo and branding bugged me (pun intended).
So while I was procrastinating other work, I decided to whip up a new logo, and name. I dropped the "Killers: Espresso". It's cleaner. And obviously I used a bee as the logo mark, riffing off their current logo and the obvious connection with the insect.
