I approached Jamie in 2010 knowing his magazine was out to tender for the App store. As an old colleague of Jamie I was given the opportunity to pitch for this business. The App he wanted was to be bespoke and like nothing else on the market, it have to engage the reader and entice them to cook more home or away.
The iPad was soon seen as a tool to be used in the kitchen, the voice control moved pages and stop started video content, this enabled the consumer to not get their iPad dirty with their fingers.
