"Love as thou wilt" comes from Jacqueline Carey's Kushiel's Dart.

 

I started off with a sketch of "Love as thou wilt". Then, I brought it into Illustrator to polish up. Finally, I edited images of flower bouquets in Photoshop and added the lettering.
