City Of Grand Rapids: Content Strategy & User Experience
In phase one of a multi-step process, I worked as part of a team of designers, developers and UX strategists at Vero Design Group, lead by Eric McKee, to design and deliver a user-centered website for the City of Grand Rapids, with the intent to simplify transparency, improve online communications and increase civic engagement. In support of this user-centered approach, I put together an 8-page, step-by-step "How-To" document to aid city employees tasked with populating the new, content-driven site, supported by Microsoft SharePoint.
