I sketched a quick UI for the TruGreen mobile application on the flight to Memphis. The key user tasks are related to managing the service calls that a route driver has to deal with, along with supporting actions and data.
This functionally integrates with the TruGreen scheduling interface, providing real-time updates to customer contact (for example a reschedule), special notes (We left the dogs out to play), and allows the route driver to update notes, and take and add photos to the customers lawn gallery (shown on the TruGreen.com website).
