Blackbox is an art initiative that takes over public spaces in Jerusalem for a few weeks every year and turns them into exhibition spaces by replacing billboard ads around the city with art. The theme for the fall 2014 exhibit was "Plans for the Future". Inna Eizenberg, a rising playwriting star in Israel's theatre scene and a dear friend of mine, wrote a bittersweet dialog between a girl and her smartphone's personal assistance app; which I proceeded to design for billboard format looking at user interfaces and chats as inspiration. Our billboard, titled "My Dear", was selected for the exhibition and was on display in central Jerusalem.
