ChapCare is a non-profit organization, which provides excellent, comprehensive and innovative health care that is accessible to all the residents of the San Gabriel Valley since 1998.
The project is to create a new identity for the organization. The shape of the logo embodies ChapCare's initials C and C, while shaping the negative space to a medical cross symbol. The colors are picked from medical uniforms to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The logo was proposed to ChapCare in 2011.
