We did our research and realized that when booking their flights, long-haul travelers actively chose Changi Airport for their layovers. Instead of dreading the wait for their connecting flight, they genuinely looked forward to spending a few hours at the airport while on their travels.
From that insight, we created a campaign that encouraged travelers to live in the moment, even if it was a moment in transit. This campaign was part of a new business pitch for the Changi Airport account.
