The practice wanted to design an executive summary to present the business plan and the design of the Plateau Tower project to investors.

My Role: Art direction, editing, design and layout.
Several challenges were posed in the editorial project. It was necessary to sell the project to the client in the most attractive way, so I started by designing a coherent document, with clear indexing and well-structured content.
Once the content was organised and the internal navigation of the
dossier decided, I structured a mock-up with two speeches, using
the margins to show graphics, highlights or data that would support
the main text.

The graphic style of the whole is always coherent with the general
