The book contains research and programming for my senior Capstone design project, a yoga studio and spa in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. In addition to historiography of yoga, case study analysis and technical criteria for the design project, the book explores the proposed building and its site. With guidence from a four person Capstone committee, I was able to create a platform for my design to be completed in Spring 2015.
