THE BACKGROUND
JAC Recruitment is an executive search companies ("headhunter") located in Surabaya.
Established in 1975, Since 1975, they became the first Japanese recruitment agency to commence business in the UK. They have subsequently opened offices throughout Asia, including Indonesia (Jakarta & Surabaya).
THE IDEA
As an executive search company, they need to be a perfect bridge between the client (company) and the applicant (employee). We came to these words : "FINDING THE RIGHT PERSON."
THE CONCEPT
JAC Recruitment's identity (logo) is consist of pieces of puzzle. We found that this element
can be used as an idea for the commercial. Puzzle is about matching the right pieces.
"A company is like a puzzle,
You need the right person
to complete your company."
And that was the idea.
