Photo shoot for Mercury Racing. Brad Peck and I spent the day at the Fond du Lac county airport with representatives from Mercury Racing to photograph and video their 1650hp crate engine. We used 2 Canon 5D Mark III's for both photo and video. The lighting setup was three Profoto B1 500 series lights with 3 light modifiers. We used a combination of leneses... 24-70mm, 70-200mm and my favorite 14mm fish eye lens. The goal of the shoot was to acquire assets of the vehicle to be used on MercuryRacing.com and for the SEMA show. Brad worked his magic in cutting an awesome video (at the bottom) and I was able to accomplish some great images.
