Architect Ken Okamoto completed a recent project that utilized  low-e reflective housewrap along with the latest rain screen technology. " The rain screen provides added insulation value, reduces moisture infiltration, and preserves the exterior of the house.  One homeowner said that they only repainted the house after 12 years."
