The summer of 2014 we planned to climb Kebnekaise through "Halspasset" but weather conditions limited our options and we ended up doing an other route.

The road from Nikkaluokta to Kebnekaise fjällstation
On our way to "storglaciären", one of the glaciers in the Kebnekaise area.
This picture is taken from "storglaciären". You can see some deers and in the background we have "halspasset".
The difficulty of Halspasset vary from season to season and we realised that it was to steep this time.
We ended up walking to Björlings glaciär (glacier next to storglaciären).
