Photo shoot for local pizza delivery company "Dadim Pizza" based in Baku
This photo shot took me a few days of preparation and almost 24 hour of shooting and retouching.

Preparations
I did not received any instructions of client, only thing that I know that we will photograph four pizzas for their website heading. But I decided to take initiative in my hands and start the preparation for photo shot that I have in my head. I decide that pizza will be look great on a 200 years old dark wooden background. Therefore, I started to look after the proper wood. Of course, I did not find any wood desks that looks like I imagine in my shot. Therefore, I decide to produce them and build my background that you can see in the pics.

Another two days, i started to train the lighting setup and how pizza will be looks like with different lighting and different angles. For that test, I bought a few pizzas in our neighbor pizza restaurant, and ingredients on the top in our shop. Of course, the test shots looks horrible and I started to be a nervous. That is all because my pizza looks like a piece of shit. :) I did not know about the preparation of pizza anything! That is why my home test pizza looks so bad. After few days of testing, I get the result that I want and start to be happy.
The shooting day
When I come to the photo-shoot stage (kitchen) the client told me that we would photograph their Sandwich, Pasta, Soup, another pasta and Pizza. After that, words few hairs on my head was stand in vertical position :) From few foods styling books that I read I know, that pasta and macaroni is the second hard food to shoot after pizza, and I never shot pasta before. Anyway, I need to make a job so we start to work.

The whole photo shoot took us about 10 hours
Another 12 hours took us to retouch 12 images.
That timing is without breaks it is the clean time for work.

P.S.
I did not use in my photographs any fake ingredients, only pure clean food styling, size of the portions is the same that you can order to deliver. Moreover, the food was very tasty :)
