The Hudson Street Project is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by the end of spring, 2015.

The design concept is to create an open living environment that suits the owner’s need. The Clash of the industrial elements from the existing building and the contemporary custom ellipse screen creates a play within the space. The media cabinet are made to divide the dining room and living room without disturbing the natural light and its openness. The guest bedroom is located beside the living room and can be opened and used as a den. In response to the owner’s desire for privacy, the living space can be completely separated from the bedrooms by a sliding door. The new space when completed will have a fresh, neutral and contemporary look.
