The goal of this project was to create an anti-Star Trek Poster (bullies of the universe).  My first attempt was with the famous "Loose Lips Sink Ships" Poster.

 

The fun of this project was using a physical model to create this poster.

However, I felt that the final poster wasn't Anti-Star Trek enough to please me.  So I went ahead and chose another one to spoof.

 

This is another classic WWII poster of Hitler.  The red in the image made me think of Star Trek TNG.

My final version was the result of a screen shot from an episode that I took of Picard, rasterized in Adobe Illustrator, edited for effect in Photoshop, and added vintage-looking fonts.  This one is much more Anti-Star Trek.

 

I think a major factor in this project is the fact that Star Trek is largely homogenous.  No one looks menacing.  They all look like they're wearing pajamas and there isn't much outside of Kirk, Picard, and the enterprise which is easily identified as Star Trek.
