Any and all of these can be a direct result of poor dietary balance. 
 
The United States, one of the wealthiest countries in the world, is also one of the unhealthiest. The average American diet, heavy in carbs, liquid sugars, and bad fats, leave many of us nutritionally deficient in the necessary micronutrients: vitamins and minerals.
BALANCED is a series of booklets that addresses the most common nutritional deficiencies, and what to eat to keep them at bay. The packet also comes with a dietary journal and yearly calendar, providing you with month-long health challenges. 
 
The purpose of BALANCED is to provide a tool for people to learn how to treat their stomachs as an ally, become aware of what their unique body needs, and ultimately discover what foods make them feel great inside and out.
