An illustration based on a more famous work by Norman Rockwell. I used Mr. Rockwell's illustration for composition and lighting direction, but replaced his subjects with some of my own characters, who's origin happened to be in the circus as well. I started the illustration with a pencil drawing on Bristol board, which I scanned and imported into Photoshop for clean-up and color.
