MOGII
stands for "Marginalized Orientation, Gender Identity & Intersex" and is a more inclusive alternative to the term LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transsexual).

I created this series because I felt like I missed some representation for people of varying gender identities, body types, sexual identities and ethnicity in my own art. I have done people of different ethnicities before, but mostly they just looked like white people with a darker skin tone. So I figured I would challenge myself a bit.

Each of the characters will have be given names, because I feel most comfortable with that instead of just stating their ethnicity, sexuality and gender identity. They need to feel like people to me. The colours in their clothes and their hair represent the pride flags for their sexuality or gender identity.

This series will occasionally be updated when I find some spare time for drawing new people.

MOGII Characters

My attempt at making more diverse art, because I draw a lot of thin white cis people and that needs to change.
