I was tasked with designing custom icons for: Check Card Balance, Update Card, and Discontinue Plan. I was also asked to design a web form to fit within the overall look and feel of their existing website design.

On the web form, it was essential to have a graphic indicating to the customer where they can find the tag on their vehicle. I designed the graphic seen below for that purpose. You can see it in use on the right-side of the form mockup further down.
