“You are imperfect, permanently and inevitably flawed. And you are beautiful.”
― Amy Bloom

This series deals with society’s attitude towards beauty and perfection. The pressure to look impeccable to the point of often changing or masking oneself is a struggle which is familiar to all, and it is this that has led me to create a project which invites sitters to bare all their imperfections in a way which will engage viewers and challenge their perceptions.
