Being the only cafe serving breakfast and contemporary light dishes till late night hours in the neighborhood, Brick Cafe & Bar offers a convinient hangout destination for most guests who resides at the apartment. The choice of earthy materials applied in most of the interior elements is expected to create a warm and cozy atmosphere inside the cafe. Despite the purpose of some materials to emphasize 'bareness' of the design, the unfinished cement and most of the other materials are taken into account in keeping the construction cost low, as it adjusted to the cafe's positioning in the competition. The street-look then inspired the interior design style to furnish the cafe's overall appereance.

 

Demographically, the target guests of the cafe are the youth and young families which require tables in small groups. Banquets are then expected to accommodate the need of dining and interacting more privately, while modular tables are provided for guests who come either alone or in an open large group. However, there is also a private meeting room on the second level designed for a group with professional occasions to have their meetings, discussions, or presentations while enjoying dishes and drinks.
