OBJECTIVE
Sony® hosts this game show in Hong Kong each year. This year the main objective is to promote the launch of Playstation 3 as well as two new game launches; Metal Gear Solid 4 and Rogue Galaxy. The home video game console is extremely popular in the Hong Kong market, so Sony would like to take advantage of this and promote these three hot items through the Asia Game Show.
 
IDEA
One game is a story-driven action adventure game, and the second is a fantasy role playing game. So we designed a visual integrating action and futuristic fantasy to represent this annual show.
 
We approached Leo Ku, whom is a famous and popular local artist to be the show representative. He was most suited for this campaign as he is known for his love of manga and games. By using a famous local artist, this would attract and stimulate popularity and increase the quantity of attendees.
 
So in the end, we used the Hong Kong cityscape as the background and turned it into a cyber futuristic metropolis fusing with a futuristic Leo Ku.
