With high unemployment, and more than 30 million students enrolled in the free and reduced meal programs, many parents are unable to provide the necessary school supplies their children need to be effective.
Re: FORMATION is a non-profit organization that collects donated home and office furnishings to be reinvented for use in schools. The goal is to transform discarded or unwanted goods for projects and classrooms. Re: FORMATION provides students and volunteers with a practical lesson in recycling and also challenges them to devise new and original uses for donated materials.
