MyMesyuarat is a paperless online decision meeting management. It is a product of Bahagian Dasar & Perancangan ICT (BDPICT) MAMPU. Starting as a solution for Government IT and Internet Committee (GITIC) and it has been expanded for all agencies and level in Malaysian government usage.
MyMesyuarat Phase 2 is an upgraded version of MyMesyuarat Phase 1 application. MyMesyuarat Phase 1 is MyMeeting version 4 that has been upgraded for the purpose of MyMeeting roll-out to 25 ministries nationwide.
MyMesyuarat Phase 2 shall be built based upon on MyMesyuarat Phase 1 functionalities (flow, requirements, functions, etc.), with new requests and changes being applied and shall be built with a proper testing procedure to ensure the application has near zero bugs.
